Take your staff away from their familiar surroundings to rediscover the art of teamwork. We will give them a challenging environment that requires planning, co-ordination and co-operation to enable a demanding goal to
be achieved.

Handling a powerful offshore yacht demands good communication skills between the skipper and the crew. The better the team work together, the greater the success – everyone has a role to play.

So what is your Team Building event comprised of?

The event will take place over as many days as you require although we believe the optimum results can be achieved over two days on two boats or more.

It is more effective if team members sleep on board but we can arrange hotel accommodation if you prefer.

The event will include a number of tasks that will require team members to focus their efforts and exhibit absolute co-operation, while enjoying the excitement of sailing in a healthy, outdoor environment away from the office.

Lunch will be served on board on both days and breakfast will be included on the second day. At the end of the second day, there will be a de-brief and discussion about the event in the relaxed atmosphere of Portsmouth Harbour Yacht Club.

To handle a powerful offshore yacht in close contact sailing needs good communication skills between the skipper and crew, especially when manoeuvring, and the better the team work together the greater its success.
The event will run over as many days as you require but the optimum results will be achieved over two days on two or more boats. It will be more effective if participants sleep onboard although hotel accommodation can be arranged.
The training will include various tasks which will require the teams to focus their efforts and apply absolute co-operation whilst providing great fun in a healthy and attractive environment.
Lunch will be served onboard on both days with breakfast on the second day.
The whole event is rounded off with a de-briefing and discussion of the two days in the relaxed atmosphere of the Portsmouth Harbour Yacht Club.
